Introduction: ROAR represents a solution to online, and physical bullying.  It proposes the use of the IoTs along with context sensitive AI detectors that can see aggression and log the incident as it happens.   However, no system is infallible, so the ROAR app allows the bullied to secretly record and monitor the bullying incident as hard evidence.  The problem being that in a bullying incident the victim is often not fully responsive to what to do. So, the app through the watch can detect if there is a potential incident and log the event.
